Owner-occupied flats for sale in the Carlsberg City District

2,500 owner-occupied flats of various sizes are being built in a historic setting in the middle of the city. There is a very special atmosphere in the city district: In streets and alleys, past, present and future meet, while the unique Copenhagen atmosphere is ever-present. Høffding's Tower -

The impressive Høffding's Tower is 100 meters tall and has a beautiful brick facade with balconies, bays and window sections which gives an impressive view from the apartments. The tower is located next to the historical road Ny Carlsberg Vej and has apartments in all sizes from the optimized 2-room apartment to the family friendly 5-room apartment.

Stilling House -

Stilling House is located right between the historical road Ny Carlsberg Vej, Lagergade and Kedelpladsen in the central part of the district with several courtyard areas as neighbor. Henning Larsen Architects is behind the new building which is being built with a focal point of creating apartments with good lightning conditions.

Olivia House -

If you move into Olivia House, you will be living right next to the historic brewery just a few metres from one of Vesterbro's largest green areas: J. C. Jacobsen's Garden. Carl's Tower -

Carl’s Tower is 80 metres high, and the flats are located from the 5th floor and up to the 23rd floor, ranging from 50–128 m2 and from 2–5 rooms. Only one listed building on the historic brewery site will be converted into residences, and that is the iconic Mineralvandsfabrikken from the 1920s. Q: WILL THERE BE RENTAL FLATS IN THE CARLSBERG CITY DISTRICT?
A: Yes. In addition to the 2,500 owner-occupied flats, 600 rental flats will also be built in the Carlsberg City District. Among other participants, council housing association AAB and Domea will build and manage council housing on the site.

Q: WHEN WILL THE HOMES BE READY FOR OCCUPANCY?
A: The homes in the various projects will become ready for occupancy on an ongoing basis. On the search page (in Danish), using the "occupancy" tab, you can refine your search results depending on when you want to move in.

Q: WHEN WILL NEW HOMES BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN THE CARLSBERG CITY DISTRICT?
A: New homes are regularly made available for purchase. We announce them here on carlsbergbyen.dk and in our newsletter (in Danish) as they become available.
