The people behind popular Københavns Bageru are also behind Flaskehalsen's new concept, Aurora, where they have taken ice cream to completely new heights.
The dedicated people behind the critically acclaimed Københavns Bageri in the Carlsberg City District, and the popular ice cream shop Alice on Amager, have added another place to their portfolio of successful eateries: Aurora, which - like Københavns Bageri - is located in Flaskehalsen in the Carlsberg City District.
At Aurora, ice cream science and old virtues are honed in production, and because the shop is open all year round, they also experiment with seasonal specialties that go with the tasty ice cream.
